halal choices friendly staff
The breakfast buffet featured fresh bread and varied options, including halal choices. Staff were helpful and friendly. I liked the location near Paddington Station. It made transportation simple. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping, as it ensured a tidy room each day.
My room was very small. The window also had poor insulation. I could feel a draft when the weather was windy.

Balanced Stay Experience
great location easy access helpful staff inoperative elevator small room noisy air conditioner
The location was great, close to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. This provided easy access to several lines. The breakfast was good with pastries, toast, cereal, and various types of eggs. The staff was helpful and accommodating (a plus for any trip).
The elevator was out of service , inconvenient. The room was very small. The air conditioning unit was inside the room and it was quite noisy, (it did impact sleep quality).

convenient location reasonable selection small room sound insulation
the location was quite convenient (near public transport). the breakfast provided a satisfactory start to the day with a reasonable selection of items.
the room i stayed in was smaller than anticipated, presenting some challenges in moving around. the sound insulation was not effective, so external noises were quite audible within the room.

The hotel was conveniently near both Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. Hyde Park was also an easy walk. The breakfast had a good selection. Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, beans, sausages, deli products, pastries, and muffins were available.
The lift did not reach the fourth floor. The stairs were narrow. This could be a problem with mobility issues. The sink in the room was small. There was little room to use the ironing board had I requested one.

friendly staff fresh bread clean room broken lift noisy road third floor
the location is near paddington station and a bus stop! the staff were very friendly. breakfast had fresh bread and toasts. the room was clean with coffee and tea.
the lift was not working. my room was on the third floor. i spent two nights there. the room faced the main road and i couldn't sleep that night.

Our room had issues. The tv HAD limited channels, and the bathroom SUCKED. The sink filled up quickly. The shower was small and worn. I found these things frustrating..
